Performance Marketing/Digital Media Trainee - New Grad / DENTSU AEGIS NETWORK

İŞ TANIMI

• Analyzing and optimizing all campaigns of our clients on all performance channels
• Defining right KPIs for each campaign of each product and developing marketing plans according to these goals
• Using A/B split testing/tools and conversion optimization techniques
• Setting up custom report, remarketing lists & conversion tracking
• Identifying and optimizing the pricing for new channels in order to effectively launch new campaigns or grow & sustain the user base of our current services
• Staying up to date on the latest industry developments
• Making qualitative and quantitative researches on the campaigns in order to have a deeper understanding on the target audience

ARANILAN ÖZELLİKLER

• Interest in Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Display & Programmatic Advertising
• University degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Media or Social Sciences
• Strong analytical skills with a very careful attention to detail in every step of operation and analysis
• Proficiency with Excel and hands-on experience
• Ability and willingness to self-explore and learn
• Excellent level of written and spoken English and Turkish
